Composite Asst. Production Manager / Manager

Location	Shrirampur
Reporting To	Production Head
Job Purpose	Manufacturing & Quality Control Activities
Qualification Required	B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience Required	5 Years
Key Objectives / Tasks / Responsibilities	Supervise production Activity
Performance Indicators/ Outcomes/Activities	Monitor manufacturing & quality control activities of the products Define priority in internal localization in accordance with Sales Organize and Lead Technical trial on customer site Warrant of technical accuracy during meeting with customer/supplier Organize and technical leader for lab demonstration to customer Sample preparation for external lab qualification Manage lab manufacturing of composites parts (HLU, vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion) Support the maintenance of equipment Responsible of raw materials and finished goods management in the composites lab in accordance to EHS rules. Follow and strengthen quality management system Ensure technology surveillance related to composites materials in India

Technical Competencies	Major: composite materials and related majors; Knowledge of application of resin & gelcoat for various processes like (HLU, vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion) Product Knowledge In-depth knowledge of the technical specificities of the business line; Knowledge of customer means and needs;

Sr. Executive Quality Assurance

Reporting To	Manager Production
Job Purpose	To ensure all quality parameters are adhered to for raw material and finish goods with proper calibration of quality checking instrument so that the quality products can be delivered to customer.
Qualification Required	B.Tech/B.E. - Chemical, Plastics, Diploma - Any Specialization, Chemical, B.Sc - Chemistry
Experience Required	5 - 7 Years
Key Objectives / Tasks / Responsibilities	Quality Assurance of Raw Material and Finish Goods Calibration of Quality Checking Instruments.
Performance Indicators/ Outcomes/Activities	To assure raw material and finish goods quality To test sample of WIP material / non -conforming products in confirmation with production manager. Issue formulation to the production department Research and development of new product Following and check parameters for raw material and finish goods Taking preventive and corrective action to reduce customer complaints. Co-ordinate with marketing team for defining the properties of competitors product. Maintain proper record of each test to be readily available at the appropriate time. Co-ordinate for ISO certification with external consultant. To carry out calibration of Quality check instruments on a scheduled intervals. Prepare SOPs for the new quality testing machinery. NABL & ISO certification
